Module 4

Module 4 discusses brokerage relationships, including elements of the 1997 Brokerage Relationship Disclosure Act and its relationship with the 2003 legislative amendments, numerous definitions, relationships between real estate practitioners and consumers, brokerage relationships, agency disclosure, and consumer relationships.

  2. Define the terms client, customer, designated sales associate, dual agency, fiduciary, principal, single agency, subagency, and transaction brokerage.
